Moving to Belize

While there will be many people out there who have never even heard of Belize, those who have heard of the country will likely associate it with so-called “tax havens” which have been at the centre of various government attacks. However, this issue of alleged tax haven status does somewhat overshadow this tiny country and exactly what it has to offer.

There are unlikely to be an enormous amount of people looking at moving to Belize but the fact is that the population is growing by around 3.15% per annum. This is one of the largest growth rates in the Western Hemisphere but when you bear in mind the actual population is just over 300,000 people it is perhaps a little misleading? [click to continue…]
