Default Poonduquit Hash

http://mail.google.com/mail/?tab=wm&...ef1f8ce6384a3b

Yesterday's hash was in Poonduquit about 40 minutes north of Subic on the ocean. Normally fording a river isn't part of the trail but today it was along with slogging along two km through thick sand. That's Mitch (pink top) on the ice. This was her fifth hash and she was receiving her "hash name". ***** Mountain

You'll see why I absolutely fell in love with this area. It is so beautiful and secluded. After dark, Mitch and I waded in the ocean and the sky was so clear and full of stars. I want to live somewhere where I'm close enough to visit (and to shop) but surrounded by natural beauty and not having to breath polluted air

I always wondered where the word Poon came from. Subic, I guess.

Great pictures Jim !!! So, who is Mitch? I supposed I missed something along the way...

It looks like you've shed a bit of Crisco (not that you had all that much for guy your age)...the local diet must agree with you.

Thanks again for sharing Jim...I think we're all a bit jealous...
