An I expected to see Colombia as #1

I was WRONG and I soon found out why.
They gauged happiness by standard of living or $$$$$

I suppose the author has not learned that $$$$ has little to do with happiness, although it helps a little I suppose.
I have found that it is a state of mind that $$ has little to do with.
Once miserable always miserable and no amount of $$ will
change that, and in the case of most Colombians they are
" poor but HAPPY"
