That was interesting Micky,
My wife says that panela with hot water and lemon is good to drink when you have the grippa; that's Spanish for a cold.

I like the word grippa. That seems more descriptive than the word cold.

Well, gripe actually means flu, not a cold.

Having a cold would be said as resfrio.

Yes, I know some people do not distinguish between the two... but there really are many differences. Just like in English... people will say they have the flu, when really it is just the common cold.

Which kills 20,000 annually in the states, CDC statistics.....the common cold......

I am a bit pissed at the way this resent "Pandemic" was handled.....Just a scare tactic to get into the public Treasury
....

I know we need to fund medical Sienence but this was beyond bounds.
