Default Should Chile government increase infrastructure spending?

The Chile government has announced plans to demolish and rebuild a whole array of social housing which was introduced only 15 years ago. This has prompted concern that the government is missing the point and should be investing more in infrastructure.

Without infrastructure how can the country attract overseas investors and much needed new business blood?
