Default Is inflation a problem in Uruguay?

While economic growth in Uruguay came in at around 4% during 2012 and is expected to be repeated in 2013, could inflation slowly strangle economic growth?

Economic growth in Uruguay is already slowing but with inflation at over 8% and the government seemingly unwillingly to act, could inflation kill the Uruguay dream?

Regards,

Mark
