"Villa del chico" et al?

Has anyone spent any time at the "Villa del Chico" recently in Bogota? How about the "Hostal Arias" or the "Hostal Cecilia"?
These are several guest houses mentioned in the gringos guide. I was wondering if anyone has stayed at any of these places and what was your impression?

I toured through (but did not stay at) Villa Del Chico about a year ago. It is located in a nice neighborhood in northern Bogota.

Evelyn (the manager) speaks English.

Call ahead to find out the rate. If you stay there off-season, you might get a better rate.

The Villa Del Chico was very nice, I also recommend it!

Unfortunately, I received word just recently that the Villa del Chico has closed. The owner raised the rent on the building and Evelyn was compelled to close.
