Wow!! Can you imagine something like that going on the in the States. I guess this is kind of a popular thing through out the world. I am not so sure this isn't a good idea. It gives these prisoners something else to think about and I would be willing to bet it cuts down on the violence. Here's another funny one. With all the related Colombian clips, one can vicariously experience some of the best sights Colombia has to offer.
