Is the Cabalgata in Cali truely a cross-cultural event, or just an event for the Narco boys to show off their Narco Wives?

Sort of like, whose has the best car in the show !!!


BTW:
Calipro had so much success in Cali, with all his knowledge of "finding girls in Cali" , he had to end up paying the rent of a girl with a kid, and then see how it goes from here.
