Question Cali Penthouse

GENTS, I AM THINKING TO HEAD UP TO SAILOVER TERRITORY IN A MONTH OR TWO TO MEET UP WITH AN AMIGA... I USUALLY STAY WITH MY BUDDY MAURICIO (LATIN LOVE) WHEN I AM IN CALI BUT HE IS LIVING IN FLORIDA NOW..

QUESTION: HAS ANYBODY STAYED HERE OR HAVE ANY FEED BACK ABOUT THIS PENTHOUSE AND THE OWNER? I WAS GOING TO STAY AT A HOTEL BUT THIS PENTHOUSE IS PRETYY IMPRESSIVE FOR THE MONEY..

I have seen that one before! you are right good price, for a nice place although I have never hear about it first hand. There was another guy here about a month ago or less TBOND who had some decent and nice 1 bdr apartments for around 60-70 or somethig like that.
Here is a link to them , sounds like it is very close to Chipechape!

email this guy for info arthurbrode@aol.com

But if you want to look like pimp daddy! Than get the penthouse, I would only be concerned if a girl you bring back home already knows the place!

Thanks LL, like you, I have seen this Penthouse a while ago... but no one has ever mentioned it on the board. I think it’s a great bargain... maybe it’s a bit much for one person... but the views of Cali are unreal and I love the decor. .. Your right if my lady knows the place then its not a good sign but... I am on strictly on recon expeditions for the next few months so a little trouble is ok... =)

The other apartments on the link are great as well.

T-man, I just hope it is as nice when you get here as it was today. It was a 10+ afternoon. Bright, sunny, maybe 85 and the parade of halter tops and low bum-crack jeans made for an inspiring afternoon indeed.

I thought the Cali Penthouse was owned by the same people who own the Medellin Mansion, which has a bit of a reputation of catering to sex tourists. Am I completely wrong about this????

Ricardo,

There was some talk about the Mansion opening a sister site in Cali a year or two ago but there is no information about it on their web site. It looks like Greg operates the Mansion and Robert, El Castillo and both are in Medellin.

HERE are some other choices on places to stay in Cali.

Suerte.

Thumbs up Re: Cali Penthouse

Thanks for the info Tinto.. but I will most likely stay at the Hotel Royal...to much mystery regaurding this penthouse. I have been to Cali quite a few times but I have never stayed at a hotel when I was in town, always stayed with Mauricio’s or at the old Crystal palace mansion... (Moment of silence) I won’t be in town long a few days so a hotel will do the trick.

Hi Everyone, thanks for the interest in my penthouse, at this time I have been using the place myself so i have not been renting it as much. You can view it at www.calipenthouse.com, the place is fantastic, located over in the west part of cali up the river from the intercontinental. To answer a couple of questions, i am not related or involved with the guys out of medellin, this is my own personal second home that i put out for rent when i am not using it. Being that it is my home I ask that my guest treat it as their own home and not as a party brothel, with girls coming and going. Security is high in my building so having a lot of people coming and going is frawned upon. We all love to party and enjoy the company of the opposite sex in Cali. My place is set up to entertain and be a true home away from home. A place that you can relax and get to know that special someone. Thanks for the interest and touch base with me if you might be coming in the future and I will let you know if it is available. Also come by my bar Blues Brothers and have a beer or drink when in town. www.caliblues.com Ray thanks for the opportunity to post...James!
