Arthur, I agree with others. Spend the $ and get yourself a legit .com Domain. Flicker and other 2nd hand rental type domains are for young people. Do it right or don't do it at all. And people will take you more seriously and more $ your pocket.

About Roy McPherson's House: Roy is asking to much and real estate in Cali is horrible right now. A lot is for sale and nobody can sell anything. Cali is a dirty and dangerous city and the last place I would ever invest. Cali looks like New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Much of Cali is a dump outside the oeste, extreme north and south areas. Roy' house is nothing special located on a busy street in La Flora with a lot of noise and air pollution. If you want to buy in Cali, buy in the oeste area up on the mountain (cleaner air), Los Cristales, Arboleta, Sante Rita, Normandia, etc. Better yet north Bogota/Cartagena (beach front)/Medellin a much better and safer investment.
