I was told that you could go to Altavista website and they have a pretty good translation service they offer for free. Of course I have never seen a software program that translated better than 80 percent. I have also not tried the Altavista website but a friend of mine here who does not speak Spanish uses it often.
I've used Altavista quite a lot while talking on ICQ with people in Bogota and Cali. You have to keep the sentence structure simple, and avoid slang, contractions etc. and it works pretty well. I had a Calena tell me I spoke good Spanish!
junfan68, Mike, your web site suggestion is in Russia, I have found the Russians are good computer programers. The site translator works well, thanks.
Mike, by the way congratulations on your marriage to Beatriz. I really enjoy reading your posts on the Gringo talk and veiwing your web site. Long life and much happines to you and Beatriz.
