Free internet access in Cali

Hey guys if anyone is interested I found a company in Cali that offers free internet access....It's great if you carry your laptop down....It's not terrible fast but like I said it's free and was fairly reliable.

The access is about the same quality that we used to see here on Juno or Bluelight.
It was great for reading email and minor surfing but I could stay connected long enough without interruptions to down load files large than a few megs.

I also have some information regarding cell phones. For those of you who didn't already know if you have an old cell phone laying around without a NAM chip you can get it turned on with a pre-pay plan free.
The newer phones however do not work.
The best plan I found was to use one of my old phone like a Nokia 5160 for 60k I could get it turned on and 120 minutes free.
For those of you who know how expensive cell phone calls are in Colombia that is an incredible deal..

I've been kinda spoiled here lately with broadband access. Does anyone know if anyone offers this service in Cali and how much it might cost? I hate to go back to a dial up at this point...
