Honest taxi driver and point person in Cali

Hello Everyone,
I will be traveling to Cali in the next several months and was wondering if anyone uses one particular taxi cab driver during their stay in Cali. Also, looking for a translator that charges reasonable rates.

Felix is still the king. First class translator, taxi, and tour guide, plus the only *completely* honest person I've dealt with in Cali. He's not cheap though.

I don't know his hourly rate, but I can tell you he is the best. I have been to Cali four times and he is never late. He drove my son and I from Cali to Bogota last summer and got us around in Bogota. He lived in US for 10 years. He will work with you because of me!!
