how many gringos?

I am considering visiting Cali and I am curious - how many gringo tourists go there? Meaning Americans, Canadians, western Europeans. I am wondering because I assume that if I am the only American in town, the girls will be more excited to meet me.

Gee, I'm really sorry. I didn't know this website was about MARRIAGE only. I just looked at the home page which says "the ultimate bulletin board for meeting women". So I thought casual relationships are OK too.
