My wife is born and raised in Cali. She also worked as a staff attorney for the city and also worked on political campaigns that required her to vist all of the barrios. I asked her about the neighborhood ( barrio ) Margaritas and she has never heard of it. Maybe that is the name of the apartment building that she lives in?
