Some of you guys know Pete E. who lives in Cali. Pete is very ill and in intensive care at the hospital after going through some recent surgery. Please pray for his recovery. His novia, who is a nurse said that she thinks he is dying.

I am sorry to hear this even though I do not know the man personally, I will do as you suggest and pray for him, and her for that matter as well.

This is terrible news. I remember his posts and photos. He seemed like a very fit guy. This comes as a complete surprise. Will pray for complete recovery.

Tinto...didn't know the man, but, as we were discussing...one just never knows, so you best get out there and do what you've always wanted to, because tomorrow might never get here!!!

Are you guys starting to understand how the culture works...vive hoy, deje el trabajo por la manana!

For all of you that keep postponing that trip, that sit there and stare at the photo's at LAI, II, Amor de Cartagena, CyberCupido, LatinAmericanCupid...time to get off that RUMP ROAST you call an ASS and get it done...go before you can't!

Thanks Tinto..."Cheio de Saudade"...right Bueller!

I have never met Pete but he was an old school GT guy back in the day. I sincerely hope he pulls through this dilema, so let´s root and pray for him to come back 100%.

I just heard that Pete died of complications early this morning around 5 AM. He was having some colon surgery done, getting a bypass disconnected. He had been in the hospital for about a week and was actually improving then suddenly took a turn for the worse and went into intensive care, a few hours later passing away. We will miss him as he was such a likable guy.

His fiancée must be very sad. They were planning an October wedding in Cali.

My condolences to his family also and his loving novia, this is a very sad thing to hear about but I suppose we can all take a little comfort in knowing he was pursuing his dream and not sitting around waiting for someone else to find it for him. May God bless you Pete and look after your loved ones.
