Not snorkeling. I am a certified diver and have been diving for years. I would like to dive(scuba) when I am down in Colombia. I have dove throughout Mexico over the years....

Jokes. I get jokes, but seriously...

Cartagena has an active dive scene as does San Andres and Providencia. The waters around Cartagena are amazing once you get a few miles from shore and San Andres is azure Caribbean perfection.
