Hello All –

It’s been awhile since I’ve been on or even provided an update. I see many new members and many old. For those of you who don’t know, my wife and I have been married for 5 ½ years with two little beautiful girls out of it. We live just outside of DC. I have been traveling to Colombia since 1998 and met my wife in 2000 and we got married in 2001. I don’t travel to Colombia as much as I did when I was single, but I do get back at least twice a year.

Due to the cost of education here in the US I will be sending my family back to C/gena for a few years soon. We are enrolling our daughter in one of the best private bilingual schools in Colombia (for a steal) and my wife and youngest daughter will be moving back into her Mom’s house during the school year. At this school they follow the same schedule as we do in the US. So I will be traveling to C/gena much more frequently. I am also looking forward to the quietness in the house soon. Both of my children are dual citizens, actually my youngest being born in C/gena.

I am always here to share my thoughts on matters I feel knowledgeable on. So feel free to hit me up if you have questions.

DC, I didn't get much interaction with you when i first came here, but have often thought of you and many of your posts. I look forward to hearing more about you and your ventures. As well as obtaining as much knowledge as we can from a vet like you.

Sounds like you are up for a big change, I hope we can be of service at the same time.

Thanks to all!

Lastlion - Brah I'm here, just give me a hollar.

LD/Nupe - What's up? I guess that set-up in Htown didn't work out. Oh well, you know where there is a ton more!

CubaAfro - Que pasa papa? I'm still here and hangin. We went to the Colombian Festival here in MD about two weeks ago and had a ball and danced my ass off.

Eddie,
Good to hear from you. Don't know if you remember, but you gave me a few leads on accomodations in Cartagena back at the beginning of the year. Still haven't made it to Cartagena, though... keep going back to the Medellin area instead. I love it there. Good to hear from you and hear that things are going well.

TC - talking about avitars...brah you and lastlion may make me want to re-live those single days again.

Zorro - Yeah I remember you. Well I think you made a great choice in Medellin. As I've said before, I think if I were to start all over again, I would spend a lot of time in either Bogota or Medellin, mostly Medellin.
