Guatape

Guatape is a beautiful little town in the outside of Medellin, its a must for anybody coming to medellin, its a huge lake surrounded by mountains.

You can waterski or do any other watersport I can not explain in words how beatiful it is

If it's the town with the resrt next to the lake and the house on top of the rock it's a great location, on of the best places I've ever visited in Colombia.

thats right, sorry my response is so late on this but yes it is the same place.
And did you gon a boat around guatape
you know it has a lot of history on it
Pablo Escobar had a farm there and when he
began the open war with the police they came and bombed it out, but the farm or mansion should I say is still there it a cool plce to take new visitors to it and I also have some cool pics on it if you are interested I could email them to you or anybody interested

Yes I did rent a boat and got a great tour of the lake, yes I'm very well aware of the history.
