last night I found GRINGOTALK

Last night I was looking for a place to advertise my rental in Medellin when I ended up here at GRINGOTALK.

The cool thing was that when I went to the back page, I was one of the "OLD Schoolers". That is really cool.

I used to have troule logging in years ago and now I know why. I was supposed to be Gillettij,but seeing my handle on the back page, I realize after all these years that I had left out the "i" by mistake.

Anyway, it's good to be back!

Any forum where you can discuss ideas that are important to you is a great place to get information and also share information.

I found that "changing the face of the Paisa" a really good and informative read.
The only problem with any forum and people in general is that as you notice here they start bashing each other, and going on an on about it.

I love Rodney King's saying "Can't we all just get along?"

Back to the original thought for my post. Being mindful of the forum guidelines which i did not take time to read;
where is the place that I can officially promote my rental.

I do plan to buy one of these advertisement spaces but besides that there must be a section to post available rentals etc.

What I have is an awesome Elegant penthouse apartment in Medellin where I rent out rooms to people for fifty dollars per night and it includes breakfast and maid service.

I plan on being an active poster here on the forum at least until I get too busy. I am moving to Medellin and will be there more or less permanently after March the tenth.

I have a website which I'm sure that I shouldn't post here. If you are a moderator and are reading this, tell me the way to accomplish what I'm trying to do an still be abiding by the rules.

Last Lion, do you mean just post it on this thread. I actually did and then took it off. I don't want to rekindle my membership here on Gringo talk and then go against policies. I plan on paying to advertise here in the future, but in the meantime i want to abide by all rules of the forum.

GP, just go to the blue bar at the top of the page. On the left it says User CP (control panel) Go to the "Signature" section and post your links or a phrase you want under every post you make.

For instance mine starts with "Life's not a journey to the grave..."

This way people can always see your links and you're not flooding the Board with promotions you have to write out. Cool huh?
