Rebounding in Medellin

Ok, before I get flamed let me just say I am coming out of a long term relationship and am therefore not looking to jump right into something serious.

I am looking truthfully to go somewhere fun and help me forget about what I just went through.

So..... could Medellin be that place. I have heard about the "Prepago" phenomina and while I am not interested in straight out prostitution per se I had the impression prepagos were slightly different - more like a short term mutually beneficial relationship if you will.

Again, I don't want to get flamed but given my situation that could be exactly what I need. Is that available in Medellin or somewhere else in Colombia and how does one go about finding out about it?

Sorry if this has been gone over ad nasium here but there are a lot of threads and it is hard to find precisely that info.

Yes, this prepago thing has been beaten to death and we won't continue beating it as it's not the theme of this Board.

Go to the blue bar at the top of the screen to Search, click Advanced Search and then type in the word Prepago on the left and then at the bottom hit search. Prepago threads will show up as well as the word "prepago" highlighted in red in the posts.

Lots of info there. No need to discuss it again here.

Hey, as an update I may be going to Medellin Aug 14 to 22. That works for me at my job and it looks like airline tickets are available.

is that a ok time to be there??? Does it conflict with their flower show or anything that would make hotel rooms difficult to get?

It is probably just me as usual:

But to hell with paying for any kind of female entertainment.

Put a little effort into it and get your self a f^&* buddy.
It is not that hard. I know that you just came out of a relationship, but let the next one know that you are not ready for anything serious.

After that - get yourself another one and then another one. Who cares if you don't want to be seen in public with them. Get some fillies in your stable.

Once you get two or three cycle that third one in and out for a new one every so often and before long you might actually have some woman you don't mind being seen in public with.

That's what you do. You are definitely moving in the wrong direction if you're looking for some woman to pay for it.

Any update from Dean? Did he ever went to Medallo? I'm curious to see how it worked out for him.

JBS, I think your suggestions would require someone with a little more time and moolah than the usual 7-10 day visitor in search of his media naranja. Given the current social-economic climate here in the US, it wouldn't surprise me if I see an army of Gringos heading SOTB in droves.

FYI, my friends in Argentina and Uruguay tell me that many US Gringos are flooding the market there.

What do you do with 7 days in Med? If YOU can't find some H's in Med. to hook up with for free then ya I guess you better start paying for it.

I would think that a little more respect for the women in Medellin might be in order. Another mongering gringo is not what is really needed here.
