I will be in Medellin starting May 16 for one month. Is there a place I can pick up a simm chip for my cell phone way I am there?

Hi George,

You can use Albert but SIM cards are available at the cellular stores. Probably the best company at the moment for a prepay plan is Comcel. Just make sure that your cell phone is at least a tri-band and is unlocked.

I haven't been back there yet but want to eat there when I return from BAQ. It may just be a hole in the wall but Felipe the owner is a nice guy with reasonable prices.

For those of you who are curious about this little restaurant it is a popular place with both the locals and the gringos living or visiting here. They have a special every day for 5,000 pesos and they are open only for breakfast and lunch.

They are located near Parque Poblado below Parque LLeras. Their address is:
