Well he will be born her in the USA, I think a passport is all you need. I was visiting europe @3 months old! Can't be any different than that.

All I can say is please let me know what flight you are on, becuase I do not want to be sitting next to a crying baby all the way to colombia! hahaha J/K

Kids are great!

Like Micky said, congrats!

LL is correct - as a Father of a 3 and 5 yr old, we went through the same thing. Just a passport - and as long as you two (wife and you) are traveling together, you don't have to worry about the other painsaking paperwork you need if one parent is traveling with the children without the other parent. Also, if you want your child to have dual citizenship, you need to go to the consulate in your area with all you docs (marriage cert, your citizenship proof, baby's birth cert and cash) to get registered and get a colombian passport if you wish. There are benefits to this if your child stays an extend time in Colombia.

Thanks Micky!!!!!! We are excited. Really, I only started getting excited this past week, and the baby is due in July.

LastLion, I am hoping God gives us a baby that does not cry, so you do not need to worry!!!!!!

DCNUPE/Eddie, thanks for the advice!!!!!!!! Sounds like after the baby is born I just need to get a passport. That is simple.

Thanks everyone for your advice!!!!!

Tim
