Thumbs up I'm Baaaaaack !! (PART 2)

I just received my I-797 Approval Notice from the USCIS for my I-129F Fiancee Visa.

I filed at the end of March, '07 and my receipt notice was dated April 17th, '07.

This is now number 4 for me. I have three previous wives from Colombia, and obviously none of those marriages worked out. Each one lasted less than a few months.

Stories to tell ? You betcha. I got shot at and missed **** on and hit. Oh well.

Gonzalo (gonzaloservices@yahoo.com) of Sector International in Cali (011.572.557.9056) and I had really burned the midnite oil on this one thanks to IMBRA. But I was completely honest on my request for a waiver and it apparently all worked out.

So my fiancee and I have been dating since December 2004. And she has two wonderful teenagers (daughter age 20, son age 14). They are great kids and BTW the soon-to-be wiff is too !

They live right across the street from Gonzalo in Cali. I have known the family for 9 years now. But I don't know where she was hiding. Afraid to ask !!

I like these cool smiles.

Anyway now we're waiting for the paperwork from the NVC. And that's it.

So I'll be checking in from time to time.

And remember ------ I'm Baaaaaack !!

To Supermary: Luck is right. For each of the three prior marriages I look at it this way. It is best to cut your losses before you get in over your head.

To KPunch2, Cubafro, and TBOND: Wife no. 1 moved to Miami as soon as her mother from Cali showed up there to live with her daughter who was my sister-in-law. Marriage lasted 3 months.

Wife no. 2 split when she found someone with deeper pockets. Marriage lasted about 6 months.

Wife no. 3 split after she told me that she only married me so she could find a job in order to send money to her family in Ipiales. I had no problem with that. However she was not the sharpest tool in the shed. She did her Plan "B" before she did her Plan "A". This marriage had a real interesting finale. I'll share more later. Marriage lasted 3 months.

For my current fiancee it looks good. I know her whole family including her mother, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, the total.

They are well established residents in the Barrio where they live in Cali which is the same Barrio I have stayed in for the last 9 years.

We have real good senses of humor. Every morning we get up at about 4:30 a.m. and head down to the corner bakery for coffee.

One time I told her that when they arrive here in Minnesota and if she goes out some night and brings some dude home to not make a lot of noise cuz the kids will be asleep due to school in the morning and also I have to get up early to do my paper route. So she agreed !!

Now that's excellent compatability, don't you think ? LOL

Later fellow Gringos and Gringas.

You are a better man than I. I don't think I could go back for fourths. I am not sure I can go back for seconds. I wish you all the luck in the world, sounds like you deserve something good.

Thumbs up Re: I'm Baaaaaack !! (PART 2)

Hey Fats,

I want to thank you for introducing me to Gonzalo's services several years ago when I was getting my wife's immigration papers in order.

He was a great help in everything we needed to get done.

We are both extremely grateful for everything he did for us, including the beauthiful bouqet of flowers he delivered to my wife. I still have that picture.
I never saw such a lovely arrangement in my life. My wife was thrilled when he brought it to her office for her.

When I ran into difficulties with my wife's visa Gonzalo was there with the answers to all of our questions.

Best of luck, and I'll look forward to meeting both of you one of these days.
