Post The Law and Visas (Were You Ever Arrested)?

Can anybody tell me what the law says as far as visas go if you have been arrested before? I wanted to fill out a questionare and there was a question if you have ever been arrested before. I have been arrested before. I called my ex wife's boyfriend a couple of years ago and told him to meet me cause I was gonna kick his ass. He got it recorded on his answering machine. My head was so tricked out for a while over the divorce thing, I didn't know at the time what a favor he was doing for me. Anyway the sheriff came to my office and I had to go turn myself in. They got me for telephone harassment and I had to do 9 months of probation. This was a very minor deal. Hell, I played golf every Sunday and went to Sunday school with the judge. Does anyone know what the implications are in a situation like mine?

I think this means you have to inform the women you talk to about this if it is on your record, but I dont think this is going to stop you from getting a visa.

Law, is there a reason you have to constantly quote an entire post to respond with a simple sentence?

Thank you...
