Question for Gary Bala

I know that you indicated in a post on another board that it may be wise to file your petetions before the new law goes into effect. My question is if you have already filed a K-1 petetion and the interview occurs after the new laws go into effect are you grandfathered in or must you supply all the extra information. I don't want my fiancee getting to the window only to find out she is required to submit the extra documentation.

Apprently the K-1 visa processing has come to a stand still in California, with Texas being stopped from processing any further K-1's. It could be another 220 day wait on top of my 90 days I have.
