tell me that i am right my dimwit cousin down there thinks that if he sends his toursit visa now that he will get a visa. he says that they are being more lenient on visa . poor guy, el Ron de Coco, makes you think crazy shi!

The rumor is just that- a rumor. The consular standards for tourist visas have not changed.
