Cool

Hey guys,
The best thing that you can do en Colombia is to network, meet as many good people as you can, they will be happy to introduce you to their single girlfriends,as long as you are a decent man with respect.
I have had different women call me in my room in Bogota, wanting to meet me,after one of the owners told them I was single & looking. One was an accountant, the other was an abogada, middle class, nice women..
It all depends on the circles you move in,and timing.I would venture to say that,at least 90% of the women I have met in Bogota have been sincere about what they want.Learning at least some castellano is a must,if you want to achieve at least some degree of success.
Peace,
Paul

Cajun, will you explain "castellans" to me?
I take it that you are from Louisiana. So am I, but not Cajun. My daddy was a dairy farmer from thr Flordia Parish of St.Helena.
After we moved to the big city I meet and learned about the fine Cajun people. The times I spent fishing the bayous in my youth they would never let me go hungry or do without friendship. Best to you.

Wink

Hello,JFT,
"castellano" is the pure form of spanish, castillian spanish from Spain. Most colombianos refer to their spanish as this.As for Louisiana,I am originally from Lafayette, although I now am in self-imposed exile in San Antonio, due to the economic circumstances in La.
Crooked politicians? They are everywhere, only more obvious in Louisiana, the people don`t seem to care about it,as long as they are getting their share.......
Have a good day,
Paul
