Honey for sale?

Someone on an earlier threat mentioned that the intestinal problems often encountered in Colombia might be lessened by eating the local honey. I have heard this in Tennessee: that, by eating local honey, one can gain a certain tolerance to the local pollen. Perhaps this can be applied to local bacteria as well. My sugguestion is this: perhaps those of you who visit Columbia often, might bring back to the States the local Coloumbian honey and sell it (at a profit) to those who will want to visit the country in the future. Those buyers can eat the honey over the preceeding months before their trip and try out the theory! Just an idea
