On my recent trip, I got very sick on the way to Colombia. My flight at O'Hare departed @ 7 am so I didn't have time to eat anything and I grabbed a quick McDonald's breakfast in the terminal and I think the OJ was the culprit. I was nauseous during the whole flight to Colombia. It got worse in Miami and I almost lost the connecting flight because I was in the restroom with the case of the runs with a slight fever! On the plane, I had to ask flight personnel to have a wheelchair ready for me when we landed in Bogota. I got over it a couple of days later. The only positive thing was that I breezed through Colombian customs, but that was one unpleasant experience.

For what it is worth, I just came to the US from Cali, via Bogota and I am sick like dog. As usual there were the TB victims sitting all around me, and the fetid air in the plane felt alive with horrors. I hate the thought of wearing a mask like the Asians all seem to do, but maybe...

Encinoman, can you sum up the 21 day plan?
Fruits and vegatables for two weeks, lots of water, then light protein?

The patient guide link (pdf file) are details.

This really makes a lot of sense, concept been around for years , practiced by many for years, but great will power is needed.

STM, The Chiropractor that I got this from has a slightly modified version. You can eat any fruit or vegetable. The vegetables can be raw or steamed. No salad dressing or seasoning. No potatoes, nuts, or corn. You can eat avocado but, don't go crazy with them. Only drink is water but, you can squeeze a lemon in the water. Something like sour lemonade. It's good though. You eat two protein shakes a day and a lot of vitamins and supplement capsules from Standard Process. Eat one piece of meat a day. Send me a PM if you want more info.
I am not sure about the will power. It's only three weeks out of your life as opposed to 40 years of being overweight and tired. During the three weeks you can eat enough fruits and vegetables to be full so, you aren't starving. It's a win win deal.

I made a mistake in the diet description. You can eat one piece of meat a "week".

Another thing someone pointed out to me. Actually the diet required commitment not necessarily will power. Since all the supplements and protein powder for 21 days costs about 200 dollars. So, you are invested and commited. To do it without an investment would require will power.
