Default Junior Gringo 2nd trip to Colombia

Well guys just wanted to comment on my recent trip to Bogota, Colombia
My amiga whom I encountered 6 months ago made it to the hotel
where I resided 7 days. This was the second time seeing each other and it worked out very well. I was very much surprise to learn that the Colombians
don't celebrate Valentine's day the same time as we do. I think they celebrate it in September but I spent most of the day February 14th shopping for something special and upon presentation she almost ask with her eyes What's the occasion?
Later in the week she invited me over to meet her family and it was moms'
birthday so we had a sit down meal along with a mexican trio coming to the home singing for her moms' birthday.
Got a chance to go to my favorite restuarante La Fragatas and also this trip
she took me to see the El Cerro De Monserrate I enjoyed the mass
and as advised by the Gringo manuel the oxygen was very short supply at the top and the Mass was very touching
We spent 2 or three nights out at Parque 93 in northern Bogota
There is a new Cuban Night spot right accross from Charlies' down the street
from Cafe Omas
Excellent place for dinner and dance
My final night the whole family met us at El Corral for Hamburguesas
We are planning to go to Santa Marta this summer
Gringo Don No longer a Junior

But of course they have 2 valentine days down there, anyone who has 3 to 4 birthdays a year has to have at least 2 valentine days.

Nice to hear things are still cooking for you SOTB.

Whats this about a Mexican Trio ??
Surely you jest. Either that or the US borders are getting more difficult to cross and they're sneaking into COL now.
