Default Travelling in this era!

I am not sure what to say, here exactly my gringo buddies! But have you ever had that funk in the gut feeling?

Well I have had it about this trip. Tommorrow I will be in bogota, than next week in Medellin. My last couple of trips I did not talk about it before I left.

Maybe it is all the hard news about our brother Tbond and a couple of the new guys! I would never qualify my self as an all-pro advisor like you here so kindly have. I have travelled extensively in my life mostly europe and latin america, and have had this feeling before. But nothing came of it!

This time I just got that feeling, I cant explain it, but it is present.

So I know I will be hooking up with Micky and some other boys down there but I thought I better put that out there to my brother gringos, that I got a funk in my gut!

Now don't get me wrong, I am really excited and all my ducks are taken care of here back home. I have gone thru my bag a few times. Got all my **** handled in my business! Estoy Listo!

For now I am chalking up that feeling to the fact that the last couple of trips to cali and medellin, I really felt tooo comfortable there! I am reminding myself that even though my spanish is pretty good these days and I have a fair understanding of the culture, that I am still a gringo in a foriegn country!

I hope to report back with some great tales and maybe a little news of business that I am travelling for and potentially mi media naranja! Although there is no sign of one now!

Any last minute advice is more than welcome here for this old dog!

Have a great trip LL...Its wise to be cautious... but I honestly feel my situation was a little unique. I could have avoided my situation had abandoned ship at the first sign of major issues … I didn’t. I learned the hard way.

Still, I still think there are good women out there but the search is much harder than advertised... and I know you know that already.

I wish you a success and I hope you find what you are looking for in abundance... follow your gut..because its usually right!

LastLion,

My man, it sounds like you ate a funky Big Mac! To cheer you up you just have to put a DANCE * in your step and maybe take a couple Tums. You'll be feeling better in no time.

* And they say white men can't dance.

All Pro Dumbass is probably more appropriate for me, thank you very much...

...but, when you've been around the block enough times like you and I have LL, sometimes you just have to listen to your gut...

...just like the customer you should walk away from, or fire...just like the alley that you have second thoughts about turning down...just like the "deal" on those flooring tools the guy is trying to peddle to ya...

Hmmmmm...sometimes you just have to listen...

The big question here is, what's causing it? Something in the back of your mind, or your subconscious, is making the meter peg out.

What is it?

LL,

I think you may be nervous as you might finally find what you are looking for on this trip. Having friends and fellow gringos in Medellin is HUGE. Have a GREAT time and enjoy yourself. Being a gringo in a foriegn country is what makes it so fricking exciting......

If you find her....make sure she has a HOT younger sister for me....

HAHAHAHAHA
