I recently placed a mens personnal ad through T.L.C. I received about 85 responses over a three month period. One particular girl responded from Honduras. I became very interested in her. I decided to send her to school to learn english. She was very motivated and is studying very aggressively. My question is how much should I be paying for a class. I communicated with her instructor through email and he told me the cost is 45 dollars a month. He told me the plan would be class one hour a day five days a week for one year.Is this a fair price or is he taking advantage of the situation?

Assuming that you have never met this girl, if I were in your situation, I wouldn't be sending money to this lady. I have read many accounts from guys who sent money to women they never met face to face, and their situations turned out to be scams.

Do not send her or the teacher any money. If she is sincerely interested in you she will learn english on her own. The internet offers many ways to learn english free. However she may need money to visit her local Cafe Internet but I say cool it and watch her next move. If she is motivated enough to be with you, she will learn.
