ElC, there's more than 3 people enjoying the thread. Your youtube link to Mana cut off right in the middle of their beautiful new song Bendita tu Luz Any chance of finding a longer version of it? I appreciate the time you took to look that one up!

Cuba, that was a cute song and video. Thanks! That wasn't exactly the Latin Rap I was referring to. It was a good song. What I listened to on the Latin Music Grammy Awards some time back wasn't.

Are youtube videos blurry on anyone elses computer? All this new stuff

...and I'm still trying to figure out the analog Contractor's brick cell phone I bought back in '90

Tonk,

I looked around, and came up with this one...Mana with Juan Luis Guerra - live.

Hope this fit's the bill -

...and if it doesn't, try this version, which is the actual video to the song...again, with Juan Luis Guerra -

...and as far as the scratchy look of YouTube, I guess it's just the way it is. One thing that I've tried, depending on the video, is going full screen, and some actually need to be viewed that way (this is the button in the lower right hand corner of the view screen). Try that and see if this particular video looks better to you that way.

ELC, most excellent. Thanks!

Cuba, there you go. That doesn't even have a latin flavor. It's just in Spanish. Now that other one you gave me...I think I'll listen/watch it again.

...so now that Church is out, it's time for something a little bit more racy!!!

Here's Luis Fonsi - some more great music and video action from this Puerto Rican born artist -

...I posted this on another thread, but thought I'd post the link here as well. This is a bit of Brasileiro Telenovela nostalgia, the theme song to "Rei Do Gado", which was a huge hit while I was in Brasil in 1996. A bit grainy, but the scenery is fantastic exemplifying just how immense the interior of Brasil is...

Here you go - Theme song to "Rei Do Gado" (circa 1996), Lyrics by Chico Cesar, and performed by "Orquestra da Terra" -
