Trump`s Panama project will eventually get him to Colombia. Big Soccer indicates El Tiempo`s article that Trump is co-investing a Condo building in Cartagena, about $500M. Trump will eventually regret being married after extended time in Panama.

Wow!

Should have invested in Cartegena while it was still cheap. Once the gringos start going there prices are going to really go up. American guys will discover how beautiful the Colombian women are and word will spread like wildfire making it a very popular destination for guys to vacation. Damn, I wish I had money to invest NOW!!!!!! Wish I was Donald Trump!!

By the way, I don't think Donald will regret being married just cause he's in Panama or Colombia. He probably gets some on the side whenever he wants. He sees all the beautiful woman he wants at the Miss Universe pageant from all over the world and I'm sure he's also been to the Czech Republic where his wife is from. Believe it or not some of those Czech girls make rthe Colombianas look average. There are some with dark hair, green eyes ,olive skinned ,tall full lips,busty...Damn! I'm getting all worked up.You get the idea.

Also saw Donald and his wife once. That girl is pretty amazing in person. Looked better than she does on TV.

Cartegena sounds polluted already! That is another real Monger hang out! I think it would be good for Don to invest there, it would help their economy and bring more tourism. I am sure many gringos want to keep things for themselves by keeping their love hunnies in Colombia poor! Cartagena right now is not extremely cheap as far as colombia standards go. I have been actively looking at realestate there for the past year! I did see a sweet 2500 square foot penthouse with ocean views at $390,000 that is a deal in my eyes! I am sure is will double by the time the "DON " is done!

I will be investing in something either there or panama or somewhere on the beach in LAM, in the next 2 years!

Spanky, your not worried are you? . Come on guys. Seriously. How is this going to affect us meeting sincere, beautiful women in Cartagena? And even if it does over flow there is still BAQ, Santa Marta, Cali and Medellin. I'm not worried about mongers but if you are then you should be worried about that new mansion that they are trying to build.

Unfortunately Cartagena is very polluted and one reason why I haven´t purchased property there. The water is murky dark grey and my first time swimming in the ocean, I got one helluva bad earache. Cleaning up the beaches of Cartagena would take 20+ years and loads government funded money, but the "Old City" is truly spectacular. Next time you fly out of Cartagena, look down as you take off, you will see a distinctive line surrounding area beaches. One side of the line is dark grey murky, the other.... well, it`s blue!
