I wanted to know if any of your were aware if the ATMs there are on the STAR or PLUS system. If not I will have to take cash.

I can tell you the Plus System card I have worked in Cali last November...I can only assume it would also work in Bogota, but the Bogota regulars can add more. I always take a combo anyway, of cash and your cards, etc...
