Possible everybody except the potheads. You'll never be able to tax it because it has become an undeground item that everybody does. Not to mention, you can't undercut self providers. I don't do it, but I wish they would legalize pot. This way potheads wouldn't have anything to complain about and a few of my neighbors would stop crying on me about the man.
