Here's one I picked up on my last trip down this year. It's a catchy tune, describing how it feels after a Colombiana finishes with you! Starts out in the Medellin airport.

Thanks LL.. this song captures all the passion between you and a colombiana perfectly. and you were dead on this was the vibe at my reception/party all night long!.

The track i am posting is a song my wife was playing over and over again back in August the day i was leaving for the States. must of played it continuously about 50X ..it was not until i started listening to the lyrics that i understood why shee was playing it so much. .. this song is now one of my favorites. FOR LL, and everyone who has ever missed a lady you could not get enough of..

Enjoy!

Great tunage LL and everyone else ... Que Bonita es esta Vida is a personal favourite of mine too ....

It's an embarrassing afliction, but I enjoy a good sappy love song sometimes. These are a couple current favs, but he's Mexican, not Colombian:

Great Add ons guys.. I always love finding new tunes to put down with. TBOND as you already know you can learn a lot about the women and the culture from the music. A song speaks a 1000 words..

PLUS the fact that, and someone said it here a ways back. If you get in the dog house with your gal, take her dancing, nothing like music and dancing to solve some of the most major relationship issues. If only we had that back in the states.

Zorro that is great song and Andres Cabas the singer (band named CABAS) he rocks he is another that has fused vallenatos and cumbia with pop and really makes for some good listening.. LOTS of great music comes from barranquilla he is one of their best..

I am watching the news right now (caracol) and CABAS is at the Ferie de Cali, now that is one reason I would go back to Cali.

Check this one out.

THIS ONE ALWAYS REMINDS ME OF AN EX>....

Thought I would throw out some COLOMBIAN STYLE SALSA videos.

For those of us from the west coast our salsa dancing is much slower. Check these first kids out from CALI

Here is probably the most famous Salsa band to come out of COLOMBIA!

Grupo Niche, they have been around for years! They often play live in the USA. I saw them some 10+ years ago

Here is some music de SON DE CALI, (band name) Although Cali lays claim to being the salsa capital of the world!

Here is another one of those barranquileros, putting out another duo, Naty Botero with Joe Arroya. Little trivia for those who have done a little touring in baq/ What's the name of the main location of the shoot??

Great shots of carnaval dancing!
