Thumbs up Gringos.com: Changes, New Vision and Continued Success

Gentlemen -

Over the years Gringos.com was mostly based around the introduction or 'marriage agencies' in Latin America, mostly in Colombia, and we have successfully (thanks to all of you) branched out to all of Central and South America including all the new Forums not related to the agencies. The agencies will still be our priority but we feel like we should change with the times and the last few years, less agencies are operating and fewer 'gringos' are going to Colombia to get married. More men (we think) are traveling and just enjoying the culture. That said, we will over the coming months slowly change a few images and text to branch out and cover more bases SOTB such as investing, real estate, working, living, starting a business and of course meeting and knowing Latin/Brazilian women. We are aiming to be your number one resource about everything in Latin America including Brazil. In a nutshell, we want to be PBH, ColombiaBlog and Gringoes.com (with an 'e') all combined. This is just a heads up and as always we welcome your ideas, feedback and advice.

-Thank you

Seems like a good move to me.

Things are always in a state of flux but having a direction based upon what the market wants and needs is bound to be successful.

Thumbs up Re: Gringos.com: Changes, New Vision and Continued Success

Ladies and Gentlemen -

We are approaching 50,000 (fifty thousand) posts and our membership is at an all time high. We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for contributing and participating their experiences and you can expect further advances in the website and Board as we grow and expand to new levels. For ten years we are the best Board on 'Knowing and Meeting Latinas in Latin America'. Next, our aim is to be the best Board one everything Latin in Latin America: culture, business, living, traveling, working, investing, real estate, life in general and of course Latin women. We're also working on two new Books coming out; one about traveling to and living in Brazil and Robert Vignola's Romancing The Latin Woman.

People said 'GT would fail and the kiss of death for the Two Gringos', etc. Almost one year later and the Board is growing and The Two Gringos Guide continues to sell.

We proved the naysayers wrong ...it's a nice feeling.
-Thanks

Yes, interesting about the new direction, as I do not know one single gringo who got married in 2007, other then Griz, but I do not really know Griz in person.
