A little help from my friends...

At the bottom of the board it give the statistics for the past 24 hours. For example: Users active in the past 24 hours: 271 (53 members and 218 guests).

I know what a ‘User’ is. And I know what a 'male member' is. Also I think I know what a 'guest' is.

My confusion is 1) are the guests using the male members? Or 2) are the male members using the guests? Or 3) as the number 271 implies, we are all using each other?

Why don’t I get it?
