The New GT: Wanted- Feedback, Ideas and Suggestions -

Gentlemen -

We need your help, new ideas, colors, slogans, etc. We're far from the creative types and we need a new vision, a new look. Right now our slogan is 'Discover Latin America...'. A prototype; the back burner, but valid new slogan is 'Life Begins South of the Border'. If we decide to use your slogan, you'll win something special, not sure what, but we will award the slogan winner with something unique and rewarding.

Give us your ideas, feedback and suggestions; and anything you'd like to see on the new GT.

GT, I think it's great you have changed the site and have a new look here. I am sure it took a lot of time and effort. Not sure exactly what will happen down the road but, nobody does and hopefully everything will be a success. I am sure there are a lot of gringos out there that enjoy every trip down south. The experience of sights and sounds in a foriegn country is something everyone should experience. I am truly interested in the single gringos living in South America. Sights and sounds are nice but, nothing can beat the interaction between people. I am especially interested in single gringos socializing with locals that are on a strata that has no need of gringo dollars (pesos?) and don't work for the single gringos. It sure would be some inspiring testimony. The board is great now and always has.

Just a quick suggestion. You might want to reword or update the registration page to let people know that the forum is now free of charge (correct me if I am wrong) because it still states there is a membership fee. This might avoid any confusion.

Gary, and yet another catchy slogan. On a side note; we're not sure how we overlooked this, but you're certainly All-Pro Advisor material. A correction was made.
