$99 each way, man we are getting ripped off here in th west coast!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love to live on the east coast just for the fares, unfortunately that is probably the only reason!!!

The fare differential has always been huge but $99 flight is such an incredibkly low price.

San Jose is due south of Miami so it's about twice as fat to LA which is one of the reasons it costs motr from the west coast.

Jet blue is the famous local airline which provides cheapest rates around US.The first time I ever flew on JetBlue was an eye opener. The flight was comfortable enough, the service.I've been flying with JetBlue for a few years now.

Spirit Air is usually pretty cheap to east coast destinations too...

While it's true that Spirit has some low fares, there are plenty of caveats to those prices. They charge for a carry on for example ($30) and there then there is even a higher fee if you check through a bag. To get a decent fare to CR you need to be prepared to fly late night flights.

Also be sure to declare your camera and laptop, etc. so you don't get hassled leaving.
