Post Title "Brazilians Shun 'American Dream'" somewhat misleading

Actually, IMHO, the title is rather misleading, since much of the article seems to say just the opposite.

Towards the end we read "
But even though the American dream may have gone a little sour [my emphasis-DT] for some [my emphasis-DT] Brazilians, it seems another younger generation still regards it as an option." The mayor too says, "I couldn't say that the dream is ending because in the middle of this crisis there are still some people leaving from here." The article ends by saying, "It seems it may take more than an economic downturn and tough immigration laws to end those deeply rooted American ties, even if temporarily they have to seek their dreams elsewhere."
In essence it seems to be the current economic downturn and tougher immigration regulations that they are shunning and not the nebulous "American dream."

What really hits home is the tone that international chat boards have about the USA now. I was watching some aviation incidents on youtube and a couple of others, and many more than half of the comments were something like, 'HA HA spoiled american assholes. I don't feel badly for you!'. Times certainly are changing, and the changes aren't all that good in too many respects.
