Thumbs up Once upon a time in RIO

I was getting bored of all the spanish flicks and wanted to check out a brazilian one. I actually think they put out much better films than most lam countries or at least on the same level as mex and argentina!

Now this is a good flick if your like me and interested in how life really is in other countries. There are some incredible shots of rio and all the flavelas deep in the heart of some poor ass neighborhoods and life there. It does hava a story kind of a love story poor guy meets rich chick, that part didnt get me like the views and all the story about life in those flavelas.

Thumbs up on the locations and life in the flavelas. The romance stuff was predictable..

One thing about being poor in lam countries is that most of the super poor live high up in the hillsides surrounding the cities, they all have the million dollar views!

Best Rio movie ever: Blame it on Rio. Old school fantastic. (pre-surgeries topless Demi Moore too)

Rio is the place with lots of attraction. It is a city of Dionysian spirit whose people grab life head-first. Its beauty is reborn each morning as the sun rises unfolding the panorama of this special destination nestled between sea and mountains.
