Just wanted to let everyone on the board know that I have two furnished luxury apartments in Buenos Aires that I'm renting out for tourists. If you're looking to stay in BA for awhile, they're a much better option than a hotel (and a lot cheaper).

I'll give anyone on the board a 10% discount off the price I charge for everyone else.

You're going to have a lot more luck with the women here bringing them back to a luxury apartment than a hotel room (which will just make them feel cheap).

Suerte,

Expat Gringo

Thank you for that info and offer, if I ever follow in the footsteps of Tinto, I may just take you up on that.

How long have YOU been there?

Is it as nice OR nicer than Colombia?

In a few words can you tell us about your overall experience and why you choose BA, and maybe even a little on why leaving the good old USA?

I would like to know.

Thanks

GA

Gary,

As Micky refers to, Expat has posted some pretty comprehensive info regarding BA and Argentina in general. It's a good read, and well worth re-visiting these posts. If you have difficulty looking it up, just click on Expat's Avatar to his member profile screen, and then click on Recent Posts where you'll find all his posts on Argentina and the BA info.

Thanks for the info, I guess I knew that but for some reason this morning it slipped me. I'll look up his posts and follow that through. Thanks for the reminder....

I have rented from this place 6 or 7 times. The owner is a north american guy that has a usa phone number via vonage. Great service!! When things are slow, like right now, you might be able to negociate a discount. The owner also knows other agencies and can refer you even if he is booked.
The angecy is named apartmentsinba i can't post links as a new member. BE creative and add a www and a dot com and you'll see fotos and detailed info.

bob

Highly recomended! I travel to buenos aires a number of times per year and have rented from a number of agencies.

Hello,

I am new to this site and would like to ask a question that hopelfully someone here will be able to give me some direction on. I notice that many women from Latin America are mainly catholic. I am a christian of Assemblies of God background and it is important to me to find a woman of my denomination or similair denomination and was wanting to know which country would be best in finding a latina of my faith.

I would appreciate any information you might be able to provide to help me in my search.

Thank You,

Perry
