Tinto I don't know if you will ever go back but if you do let me know. I will fly back down from the DR and buy you a pint

If any of you ever get the chance make sure you visit Spain, the motherland. If it hadn't been for this place LAm wouldn't be the way it is.

I was in Barcelona 2 years ago and yes I can see where the women get their looks and attitudes from centries old colonization of the the americas.

I reckon it wouldn't be a bad idea to marry a latina from LAm and live in spain. You get first world standard of living at a fairly cheap price. And the woman doesn't leave most of her culture behind since its right there in Europe. Damn why the hell do I give my secret plans away

I got that backwards Kalel. You are correct.

1.00 USD=0.495750 GBP

1 GBP = 2.01715 USD

Pretty soon, we will see a lot more countries start to reconsider letting in all the ex-pats from the U.S. and E.U. in to live there. Though they often help the economies in terms of the overall statistics, they don't necessarily help the common people with higher property prices, more demands on infrastructure, and so on. So, if you are going to do something like that, better sooner than later.

A side note: I've noticed more people using larger type recently (example Tinto and the Cap'n). Is this indicative of an aging demographic for the board?

Jib, is that a back-handed comment coming from LA?

Some say that size does matter. In the case of larger fonts I don't know about the Jibster but my eyes sure ain't what they used to be!

Let's see what one "expert" says:

Analysis Based on Size of Letters
The size of the letters is indicative of the following:-
  1. Very Small Writing:
Tiny writing indicates the artistic nature of the writer. People with this style go into the details of whatever they are doing. Generally they specialise in a particular field. They have an aim in life and do not waste either time or energy.
  2. Small Size Writing:
This indicates an intellectual and scholarly person with a keen sense of observation. These people are meticulous and methodical and are destined to do well in life.
  3. Medium / Average Sized Letters:
This is characteristic of a methodical and well-balanced person with a healthy mind. They are suited to business rather than service. Worldly-wise, they can grasp things quickly and well despite being relatively less educated.
  4. Large Sized Letters:
They show an active and restless mind. People with this handwriting are large hearted, self reliant and can influence others quickly. Very talkative, if they concentrate more on themselves, they can succeed easily.
  5. Very Large or Huge Lettering:
People like these feel that they are important. They cannot face criticism and therefore are definitely successful.
  6. Constant / Same Size of Letters:
This is indicative of a methodical mind.
  7. Decrease in Size of Letters:
Writing like this indicates a great level of cunning.
  8. Increase in Size of Letters:
Handwriting that gets larger indicates great frankness.

... and 12 pt. font and higher indicates a person with presbyopia, usually over 40.

IF I had the capabilities of writing in brail, I would definitely do so.

May be I am using the type size that corresponds to my I.Q.

12, IMHO, is a good number!
