Default Re: Reporte mi manjo!

When I started this thread 'Reporte mi manjo!', was going to point out some of my favorite signs painted on cars to this effect. I particularly like the misspelling of manejo in the above. It struck me as so ‘folksy’.

Other favorites are:

Reporte me manejo? (no phone number)
This I took to be Alfred E. Neuman’s Latino doppelganger. “What, me worry?” A valid assumption perhaps, as no phone number was given.

¿Dónde está mi es impulsor? (phone number)
I figured if he didn’t know, it wasn’t my place to tell him.

Reporte mi manejo XXX-XXXX
This was an apparent attempt to show the painter of an example of how it was to be painted. A sick individual might dial that number. It is not what I thought it would be.

¿Cómo? (no phone number)
A Latino Jean-Paul Sartre trying to come to grips with an existential issue. Actually a dang good question as far as I am concerned and needs no further explanation.

No but you brought back a good memory......

Back during Somoza times, one of my friends that was one of the two policemen in Puerto Cabezas for the pueblo.....

It was not like a lot of people believe......

Those were good times according to the older ones......

Richest per capita country in the Caribbean basin....

And the FSLN was considered Terrorists, and still are to many.....

Some cornhole painted in big bold red letters on a Black horse on both sides, FSLN and turned him loose here in town.....

My friend didn't know quite what to do, kinda like Barney Phife.....

He arrested the horse.....
