Been to Cuba twice '89 and '92. Sorry to say I don't know to much, I was there to Bass fish, Lake Cuyaguteje and Hanabunilla between Cenfuegos and Santa Clara. Very rural, but damn good fishing, still have a 16 lber on the wall from the 89 trip. I did notice there were some good looking women but most were a little rough. Could have been the rural location though.

Bill, most cubans here are pretty much in your face about politics.
Most gringos are reluctant to give out dates about when they were there because it can cost (i think the current fine) about $5000.
There used to be a ferry to Habana from key west.

murpho last time I checked, the worlds record for fresh water bass was a lot less than that.

They was a story on 60 Minutes or maybe Dateline about a lake in California that had a lot of 22 lbers and those were bigmouths and then there are peacocks bass in SA that are bigger then that.
