I found a nice trip report about Cuba and accompaning photos at PBase for those interested. (To see the photos click the "next" button on the lower right hand of the page.)

Another great photography and trip report site is Pology's Blog. Much of their subject matter concerns Latin America but it covers many places on the globe. Here is a link for one of their articles on Cuba. Be sure to look at their "past issues" under "current issue".

Tinto, those were some pretty good travel logs on la Habana. I didn't know Americans were allowed to fly into the country! How are they getting there? Via Mexico? Great post Bro

Tinto, I still flinch when I access your links, but I think this is a necesity in Cuba.

Fly to Cancun, Europe, Canada, the Carribean or some other latin destination, walk into a travel agent office and simply purchase a r/t ticket to Havana.
You might want to read up some beforehand.
Moon travel sells a book called Havana Handbook by Christopher P. Baker. It has a complete legal section on what docs you need to pass customs smoothly. It has maps, hotels, restaurants and is very thorough.
If you like large artists conceptions of what Ernesto (Che) Quevara looks like, Cuba is definately on your "to do" list.

Cancun is a zoo, but you can also go to Cozumel. Mexicana has service to Habana 4 times a day from there. Option "A" in my mind: Ft. Lauderdale to Nassau via Continental Express, in Nassau you can pickup a daily charter to Habana operated by "Habanatour" in Nassau. Call ahead a few days for reservations and availability. If oyu need anymore info than that...PM me.

World record black bass is way higher than 20lbs. You may be thinking of a state record.

Cuba attracts over 2 million people a year, and is one of the main sources of revenue for the island. Pure island indulgence lies at many of the gleaming resorts punctuating Cuba's glorious coastline.Hundreds of thousands of tourists from Canada, Europe, Mexico, and other Latin American countries now visit Cuba annually. I has long been a popular Medical Tourism destination for patients worldwide that seek high quality medical care at low costs.
